Amanda Sainz has been active in the dance world for over 20 years with a continuing background in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, cheerleading, poms, and tumbling. She graduated from the Denver School of the Arts as a dance major and has continued her career as a professional instructor/choreographer. Her choreography has won national titles and continues to be recognized for innovation. Mrs. Sainz has the ability to create a safe environment for learning and growth through movement whether it be for an office team building activity, your next competition, or a personal dance therapy session.
